Our story is rooted in international experience.
After decades working across New York, London, Paris, Middle East and Asia, Foued Ayari and Ian Corns built careers at the intersection of global finance and international business expansion. Again and again, they saw the same challenge: companies ready to grow beyond borders, but lacking strategic alignment between capital, structure and execution.
Foued brings over 30 years in international finance, advising corporate and institutional clients on cross-border capital flows and trade finance strategies, while also leading academic programs in finance in top American and French business schools.
Ian has spent more than 32 years building and and scaling business sales revenues and profits across the EMEA region, holding senior leadership roles and founding consultancy firms that guide companies through international expansion, sales structuring and operational growth.
Together, they combine deep financial knowledge with hands-on revenue generation and global execution — empowering businesses to expand across markets with clarity, discipline and confidence.
